When a visit date is agreed, we will recommend hotels, arrange airport pick-up and confirm a viewing schedule.
During your visit, we will introduce you to different locations, restaurants, some secret little spots that only insiders may know about and help you to experience the real Mallorca.
Once we find the property you wish to purchase, we will progress with the negotiations on your behalf, either with the selling agent or directly with the vendor or their advisors. We will recommend the best surveyors and lawyers to take you through the legal process, including whether it might be best to buy individually or through a company and draw up the Option Contract. We will then continue to liaise between you and the lawyer to ensure there is a smooth and efficient transition through to the day that you are handed your keys.
All we ask for is your commitment to the purchase of a home in Mallorca through us, that you honour our exclusive agreement and direct all communication through us – allowing us to be your one point of contact and in the long run, saving you a great deal of time and unnecessary stress dealing with multiple agents.

Exclusive Seller’s Agent
When asked whether it makes sense to give a property exclusively to an agent, I will often advise against it, since the Mallorca market is so diverse with multiple nationalities and so many agents dealing with their own native speakers.
However, there are always exceptions to the rules. Clients without the time or desire to deal with multiple agents, who would prefer to leave it to one trusted individual. One who can deal with all the agents on your behalf, the coordination of viewings, the lawyers and the negotiation of offers.
